Returns and Refunds

- There may be minor scratches on the products due to manufacturing defects. These are not eligible for refund and not returnable.
- For Sealed Items, any inclusions that are damaged and/or missing are not eligible for refund and not returnable.
- For orders with missing items or wrong items, please submit an unboxing video of your order through E-mail (apricotandcoph@gmail.com) or X/Twitter (@apricotandcoph). The video must be full and uncut from the opening of the parcel.
