Q: Are your items available?
A: Yes! As long as it's listed on the website, that item is available for purchase.
Q: Are your items onhand?
A: Most of the items are onhand and ready to ship. However, items listed as under preorder are not yet onhand.
Q: When will preorder items arrive?
A: You can check the item description for the estimated release and arrival. Arrival date differs depending on the courier type used (NETA vs FETA).
Q: What do you mean by NETA or FETA?
A: NETA items arrives 3-4 weeks after shipment from Korea/China/Japan/USA. Items shipped under NETA are albums and other bulky merchandise.
FETA items arrives within a week after shipment from Korea/China/Japan/USA. Items shipped under FETA are usually photocards.
Q: What are the available shipping methods?
A: For Philippines, we offer LBC, Go Go Xpress, J&T, Shopee Checkout, and Same Day Delivery. For International Shipments, we only offer DHL as of the moment.
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Shipping fee depends on the item and the area of the delivery. You may check our shipping and returns page for the complete rates.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: We follow the following shipping schedule:
Local (within PH) - Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
International (outside PH, using DHL) - Every Weekends
Q: What is the available payment methods?
A: You can pay using GCash, Maya, BPI, Unionbank and Paypal. For international clients, you may use Paypal and Wise (send to PH Banks). Credit cards and Shopee Spaylater will be available soon 🥳
Q: What is the deadline for payments?
A: Orders must be paid within the week of placing the order for onhand items. For preordes, longer payment terms are available. You may check the product description for more information.
Q: If we paid late, will my order be cancelled?
A: For onhand items, any past due payment is subject to Php 50 per day of late payment fee. If there's no payment after one week of deadline, your order will be cancelled and you will be posted as a bogus buyer.
For preorders, the same penalty applies. However, there are chances that your order will be cancelled if you did not pay for the downpayment.
Q: Are your items authentic?
A: Yes! We only order from legit and trusted KR Sites (JYP Shop, KTown4u, Yes24, Aladdin, etc.). We also do bulk orders through their agents.
Q: Why are your albums cheap?
A: Our albums are cheap as we sell the benefit photocards separately, making the cost of the albums cheaper.
